THE PROCESS
RECRUIT
  •  Qualify candidates by interviews against the job parameters.
  •  Identify finalists from window shoppers & non/under-qualified.
  •  Perform interviews with finalists.
  •  Reference check (as requested).
  •  Verify credentials (as requested).
Coordinate interviewing schedules
  •  Provide pre-interview information.
  •  Provide (upon request) results of reference/credential checks.
  •  Debrief candidates after interview.
  •  Debrief hiring authority (candidate strengths, weaknesses).
Coordinate offer / ACCEPTANCE
  •  Provide background to negotiate an acceptable offer.
  •  Reconcile differences and increase firm's offer / acceptance ratio.
COORDINATE RELOCATION AS NEEDED
  •  Assure candidate is aware of details of new location (as needed).
  •  Assist candidate with effective termination techniques.
  •  Work with spouse placement (as needed).
FOLLOW UP's
  •  Assure new employee integration.
